Shri. Kishore Tippanna Katare is currently our managing director. He is an entrepreneur. He possesses expertise in planning, operations and is highly efficient. He has been in to spinning industry since last 5 decades. He has vast knowledge of spinning industry. Qualification is bachelor’s degree. He has been instrumental in identified new business opportunities, developing financial strategy and analysis and established and maintained strong relationships with clients and suppliers, fostering long-term partnerships. He is playing vital role in formulating business strategies and effective implementation of the same.

Shri. Yadgiri Narayan Konda is currently Independent director of our company. He is an architect by profession. He has done masters in architect. He is also closely associated with institutions and has vast social network. He has been a strong pillar in the foundation of our company. His major role in the company is as an advisor to the Board and assist in bringing an independent judgment to bear on the Board’s deliberations especially on issues of strategy, performance, risk management, resources, key appointments and standards of conduct.

Mr. Vilas Ramakant Shendge is an independent director of our company. He holds a graduation degree. He is a businessman by profession. He is into publication industry. His contacts and expertise in retaining clients has been beneficial to the company. His major role in the company is as an advisor to the Board and assist in bringing an independent judgment to bear on the Board’s deliberations especially on issues of strategy, performance, risk management, resources, key appointments and standards of conduct.

Mr. Umakant Mahindrakar is a Director of the company. He is a businessman. He is into retail business. He holds a graduation degree. He is highly efficient and has a key role in company’s advisory.

Mrs. Vidyavati Katare is the Women Director of our company. She is a management graduate. She possesses excellent knowledge in management. She has a keen role in advisory to the management team.
